Questions, answered
File formats, colour, borders, turnaround and delivery — the five we are asked most.
A high-resolution JPEG, TIFF or PNG. Resolution should be at least 240 dpi at final print size so the print stays sharp and clear.
An RGB profile — Adobe RGB is preferred for Giclée and sRGB for photo printing — with the ICC profile embedded whenever you are prompted. Our printers are RGB devices, so RGB gives the most accurate reproduction.
Borderless, a 1/4-inch border, a 1-inch border, or a generous 2-inch border. Borderless suits full-bleed images; the wider borders create a mat effect and make handling and framing easier.
Most orders are ready for shipping within 3 to 5 business days, depending on size, material and quantity. Standard shipping then reaches you in 3 to 7 business days with tracking.
We accept cash, bank transfers, and cash on delivery for selected locations. Discounts are available on bulk orders — contact the studio for details.
